An officer of internal affairs arrives at a small unit of the German Federal Arms Forces to investigate the disappearance of several young recruits. The post is located in the middle of a desolate forest. During his investigation he learns about torture and mistreatment among the troops but soon he finds out that the soldiers vanished in a restricted area nearby.
Here centuries of wars in Europe have left a horrible trace....
