A California native, Frank Fox began to create drawings and paintings at a very young age. His early artistic influences were the fantasy art of Frank Frazetta, Roger Dean, and Ed "Big Daddy" Roth.
At age seventeen he joined the US army where he learned computer science. After four years in the military and receiving an honorable discharge he went to work for IBM as a Customer Engineer in Los Angeles repairing computer mainframes and peripherals. Ten years later he went to work for a Huntington Beach advertising agency that catered to the IBM midrange computer hardware and software industry.
In 1992 Frank moved to the mountains and worked for four years as Production Manager for a weekly newspaper. Now he and his wife Lori own an Internet hosting and development business. Frank is a self-taught musician, 3d modeler/animator, songwriter and machinima maker who sometimes likes to join rock bands and play guitars in bars.
